About you:
- You are an experienced recruitment professional with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment, enjoy managing competing priorities and are confident partnering with stakeholders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.
- You bring a customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
- You're organised, adaptable and comfortable managing large recruitment campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.
- Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience facilitating assessment centres
- Experience working with recruitment systems and compliance-focused processes
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement
- Confidence engaging with diverse candidates, communities and stakeholders
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Māori and te reo Māori
- Strong commitment, work ethic and sense of urgency
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence and ability to travel across recruitment sites as required
The benefits:
The mid-point of the salary range is $87,132 and the full range (85%-120%) is $74,063 - $104,559. Appointment and remuneration will reflect your skills and experience relevant to the role.
