Vs Group of Enterprises Limited is looking for a Store Manager for a new Store Opening in Port Charmers   - As Store Manager you'll oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service ,high quality products , and efficent team management . Your  Leadership will be crucial in maintaing a welcoming environment and upholding the store's reputation for excellence .
35 to 40 hours of work are guaranteed for per week 

Your Key responsibilities will be to :

·         Efficiently manage the overall operations of the store 

·         lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operations of the business.

·         Manage the daily operations of the store .

·         Manage and supervise staff,including hiring ,rostering,training and performance evaluation.

·         Develop and implement policies  and procedures to ensure efficent and effective operations

·         Moniter and analyse sales and financial data 

·         Practice excellent communication skills with staff,management and customers .

·         Manage finances ,including budgeting ,cash handling and financial reporting 

·         Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers ,and negotiate contracts and pricing 

·         Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers 

·         resolve customer complaints and ensure high level of customer satisfaction

·         Strategically plan the growth of business at local level ensuring maximum regular casual customer at the store

·         Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue .

·         Manage operations with passion , integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and value .

·         Provide direction to shift staff to acheive the store goals .

·         Provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on a ongoing basis 

·         Ensure store meets health and safety and cleanliness standards

·         order and manage stock at hand 

·         Make decisions on pricing and stock levels

·         Stocktake periodically and to check for difference in physical stock in books.

·         Make policies and checks to minimise stock expiry and wastage and to minimize the difference between physical stock at store and stock levels .

Key  Requirments :

You will have a teritary level qualification or at leaset two years of relevant work experience in supervisory /management roles .

Be able to work long hours and during public holidays as required .

You will be given 35 hours minimum guaranteed hours per week . Remuneration will be $35 to $36  per hour depending on your experience .
