We're looking for a highly organised Project Administrator to join our project team and provide essential administrative support on a busy construction site.
Working closely with Director and our team, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running efficiently by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, supporting reporting processes and assisting with day-to-day site administration.

What You'll Be Doing
- · Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to project managers, site teams and other project personnel.
- · Maintain and manage project documentation, registers, records and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- · Prepare, review and manage of contract variations, project programmes, work orders and service agreements.
- · Respond to enquiries and assist in resolving issues relating to contracts, projects, services, contractors and other affected parties.
- · Prepare, process and maintain documentation and correspondence associated with construction contracts and projects.
- · Identify matters requiring management attention, provide relevant information to senior management, and implement decisions and instructions as directed.
- · Monitor contractor activities and assist with tracking and reporting variations to approved work orders and project requirements.
- · Project reporting, progress updates and the effective use of project management and administration systems.
- · Coordinate the onboarding of employees, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring required documentation and project compliance requirements are completed.
- · Raise purchase orders and provide administrative support for procurement activities, supplier coordination and project-related purchasing.
- · Maintain site records, worker inductions, compliance documentation and workforce information.
- · Coordinate office supplies, travel arrangements, accommodation and other administrative requirements as necessary.
- · Support document control processes and assist with project completion, close-out and handover activities.
- · Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project teams, clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor degree qualification in construction administration, QS, or business
- Previous experience in project administration, site administration or office administration within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related industry is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence with document control platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel for cost tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to support wherever needed
