Clear Realm Creation Limited is a newly established Dunedin-based renovation and property services company. We specialise in residential and commercial renovations, repairs, and cleaning services. 

As a growing business, we are currently developing our operations and building a small team of reliable and suitably experienced people to support our expanding workload.

We are looking for an experienced Wall and Floor Tiler who can also assist with wider renovation tasks.

Guaranteed hours: 30 hours per week.

Tasks Include, but not limited to:

·       preparing wall and floor surfaces by removing old tiles, grout and adhesive, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning surfaces

·       Prepare surface and lay wall and floor tiles with accuracy.

·       Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit around fixtures and obstacles.

·       Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants, ensuring a high-quality finish.

·       Applying waterproofing systems

·       Inspect, repair, and maintain existing tiles surfaces.

·       may lay coloured tiles in patterns to create mosaics

·       Assist with renovation tasks such as plastering, painting, carpentry, and general repair work when required.

·       Follow health and safety procedures on all sites.

Skills and Experience Required:

 ·       Great Time management skills.

·       At least one year of proven work experience as a wall and floor tiler.

·       Good knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, grouts, and tools.

·       Experience in other renovation work (plastering, painting, basic carpentry or plumbing) is a strong advantage.

·       Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently and work in weekends as part of a small team.
