About the Role
Step into a role where your expertise with the Counties Manukau i.PM Patient Management System truly makes a difference. We’re looking for a skilled i.PM specialist to join our small Clinic Set-Up Administration team, supporting Clinical Services with outpatient clinic set ups across Counties Manukau.
You will play a key part in providing the following support to our Clinical Services with:
- Work with Clinical Services to set up new clinics and customise existing clinic structures.
- Advise Clinical Services on clinic structure optimisation to enhance service capacity and timing.
- Responsibility for delivering responsive, high-quality i.PM clinic set up support for staff across the Counties District
We looking for two experienced Administrators to join us as below:
- 0.7 FTE 28 hours per week
- 0.3 FTE 12 hours per week
Both positions are Monday to Friday, business hours, based at our Lambie Drive administration office. Days and hours will be discussed with the successful candidates.

To excel in this role, you will have:
- iPM super user/Expertise demonstrated
- Experience in a DHB service-based setting
- Extensive knowledge of iPM Diary Manager and Outpatient Clinic Set-up
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
