We are seeking 5 plumbers to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, for our projects across the Auckland area. 
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drainage systems, and related equipment.
2. Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out pipe layouts, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to leaks, clogs, or pressure problems.
4. Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes using hand and power tools.
5. Ensure all installations comply with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
6. Perform inspections and routine maintenance to prevent future problems.
7. Respond to emergency plumbing calls.
8. Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other professionals on construction projects.
9. Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ plumbing experience 
2. Full PGDB registration is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage. Candidates with a PGDB exemption or trainee licence will also be accepted.
3. Training will be provided where necessary.
4. Proficiency in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Good physical stamina and strength.
7. Remuneration will be commensurate with your skill level, and candidates may be required to demonstrate their skills during the interview.

Working Conditions:
1. Needs to be available from Monday to Saturday, between 7:30am to 6:30 pm        
2. Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours. Up to 50 hours.

3. May need to be available on a public holiday, and call out anytime.
4. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or emergency shifts.
5. Work involves physical labor, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
6. Exposure to wet or confined spaces.
