About the Role

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our Adult Community Mental Health Services in South Auckland. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership across the adult community teams and work closely with the Mental Health Leadership Team to support the development of integrated Mental Health and Addiction services across the Counties Manukau localities. Our focus is on improving health outcomes and service experiences for people with mental health and addiction needs by transforming the way care is delivered through stronger integration between primary care, specialist mental health services, and NGO providers.

About the Team and Service

Our Adult Community Mental Health teams support approximately 2,300 service users across South Auckland. Working in close partnership with the Service Manager, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership, supporting high-quality clinical practice, effective multidisciplinary working, and the ongoing development of integrated services. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery and evolution of adult mental health services within a diverse and growing community.

About You

The successful applicant will:

• Hold current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) and Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)
• Bring strong clinical leadership experience within adult mental health services
• Be committed to collaborative, integrated models of care
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering equitable, person-centred outcomes for people and whānau
