Daily tasks for the candidate would be:

 

-       Coordinate our vineyard team members for daily tasks, to pass instructions to team leaders and do final check on the qualities of the work,

-       Develop and implement vineyard farming plan

-       Screen and check documents recorded and submitted by all teams, e.g. working hours, time sheets and block sheets

-       Maintain growing conditions for the grapes and facilities

-       Enforce safety regulations and any other duties the employer may reasonably require the employees to perform,

-       Instruct team leaders and employees to follow the company's policies and procedures,

-       Provide in-field training and impart your viticulture knowledge to the team leaders and employees,

-       Conduct regular research on the current market and plan the schedule (e.g arranging casual labour for assistance) to ensure the vineyard running smoothly

-       Draw up notices and forms needed for induction or training in the field

-       Communicate with team leaders, office staff, the practice manager and director on any issue arise from the field

-       Collaborate with management to prepare budget and reports

-        Communicate with clients directly through written and oral forms, when necessary

 

 

The candidates are required to :

-       Minimum 2 years’ work experience in similar industry at a similar role OR relevant diploma qualification

-       Have excellent communication skills,

-       Be a team player and able to work in multicultural context

-       Be proficient in using Microsoft office softwares

-       Have great head and hand knowledge of vine growing, 

-       Have good computer skills

-       Be able to pass pre-employment drug and Police checks.
