About the Role
As an Administrator in our Oral Health Service, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Oral Health leadership team and wider service, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of oral health services across Te Tai Tokerau.
This is a diverse and busy role where no two days are the same. You will coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, manage documentation and records, process invoices and reimbursements, support payroll and HR-related administration, and act as an important liaison between the Service Manager, oral health teams, and external stakeholders. Your organization skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help ensure our clinicians and leaders can focus on delivering exceptional care to tamariki, whānau, and communities across Northland.
About the Team/Service/Location
The Oral Health Service provides essential dental care and preventative oral health services to children and young people throughout Te Tai Tokerau. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to improving oral health outcomes and reducing health inequities across the region.
Based in Northland, you will join a supportive and collaborative team that values professionalism, innovation, and a shared commitment to delivering excellent health services to our community.
About you
As an experienced administrator, you will be organized, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional support within a busy healthcare environment. You will also bring:
- Previous administration experience with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- A high level of accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A full, clean drivers license and a positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
