Tint and Wrap Installer

Key Responsibilities

• Install automotive window tint film accurately and professionally, ensuring a clean, smooth and bubble-free finish.
• Install and apply vinyl wraps, including partial and full vehicle wraps, decals and other vinyl applications.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces before tinting or wrapping, including cleaning, degreasing and removing contaminants.
• Carefully remove existing tint, vinyl, stickers and adhesive residue where required.
• Trim and finish tint and vinyl materials neatly around windows, panels, edges and vehicle contours.
• Inspect completed work and rectify any imperfections to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Follow manufacturer instructions and correct procedures when using tinting and wrapping materials.
• Use hand tools, heat guns, cutting tools and other relevant equipment safely and appropriately.
• Protect vehicle paintwork, trims, glass and interior surfaces during the installation process.
• Carry out basic vehicle grooming duties to prepare the vehicle for Tint/wrap installation  and general presentation of vehicles post work.
• Assist with basic paint and surface preparation, such as removing dirt, road grime, light contaminants and minor adhesive residue.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and respond appropriately to basic questions regarding the work completed.
• Work cooperatively with other team members, including car groomers and the Manager.
• Assist the team with general vehicle preparation when required.
• Complete work within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
