We are looking for a Personal Assistant at Rich Brothers Limited to work full-time in Auckland.
Personal Assistant is expected to work a minimum of 30-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.
Payrate : ($ 30-$35 per hour)
Personal Assistant: Job Role and Responsibilities:

Manage and organise the Director’s personal and professional calendar, including meetings, appointments, family commitments, and business deadlines.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, itineraries, and other travel requirements.

Handle personal and business correspondence, emails, phone calls, bookings, and communications on behalf of the Director when required.

Provide day-to-day personal assistance, including bill payments, reservations, shopping, appointments, errands, and other administrative tasks.

Coordinate schedules and administrative matters across the Director’s businesses, including multiple Domino’s Pizza franchises and stores.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service providers, staff, landlords, and other external contacts on behalf of the Director.

Maintain confidential personal and business records, documents, contracts, correspondence, and important files in an organised manner.

Track and follow up on outstanding personal and business tasks, appointments, supplier matters, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Assist with business planning, research, meetings, and administrative coordination relating to the Director’s existing businesses and future expansion opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role or relevant (business/management/administration) level 4 or above qualification
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
