ABOUT THE JOB:
This role sits at the intersection of sales, administration, and operations. You'll work alongside the Project Managers, Sales, Office, and Operations Team to help their skilled technicians deliver smart, energy-efficient solutions across residential and commercial projects.
You'll play a key role in:
- Ensuring our customers hear back from us on time
- Driving revenue through strong customer follow-up
- Supporting a high-performing team
- Being part of a business that's growing fast
- Managing inbound leads and enquiries, and ensuring follow-ups
- Assisting the Project Managers with their quoting and administration
- Preparing and sending quote and estimate emails
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Assisting with handover to operations for jobs across Electrical, HVAC & Solar teams
- Supporting our Managers with ongoing administration and coordination
- Keeping systems, jobs, and communication running smoothly
- Confident on the phone with an excellent customer-centric manner
- You're not just organised - you're commercially switched on and great with people.
- You have previous experience in electrical, HVAC, solar, or trades-based support roles
- Able to build client rapport and turn enquiries into sales
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with computer systems (Microsoft 365, Xero, Fergus, Simpro, or similar is a bonus)
- Part-time 20 hours per week that can fit into school hours if required
