LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME CANDIDATE FOR SUPERVISOR FOR OUR STORE>HOURS WILL BE FULL TIME BETWEEN 30-38 WEEK CAN BE MORE DEPEND ON PERFORMENCE. WORK HOURS WILL BE ANYDAYS IN A WEEK AND TIMING CAN BE FROM 6:30 AM TO 8:30 PM ANYTIME IN A SHIFT WISE. SPLIT SHIFT AND STORE OPENING AND CLOSING DUTIES NEED MUST 

-The position is based in New Plymouth and the ideal candidate should be capable of 

1. ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services

 2. responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services

3. planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties and i interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances

4.instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures;

5. examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action;

6. taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock;

7.Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed;

8. ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.

You are required to atleast have a high qualification or one year of work experience managing or supervising the operations.

The minimum hourly wage is $24 and the Maximum is $25 and this is a full time position with gaurenteed 30 hours a week.
