About the Role

Do you have a passion for improving patient safety and the quality of healthcare services?

We are seeking an experienced registered health professional to join our Patient Safety, Quality and Innovation team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance activities across our services.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You may be supporting an adverse event review, facilitating a quality improvement project, analysing trends and data, or working alongside clinical teams to develop solutions that improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration and Annual Practising Certificate in Nursing, Allied Health, or another recognised health profession.
  • Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, clinical governance, or service improvement.
  • Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience leading or supporting quality improvement initiatives.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in quality improvement, leadership, or a related field would be advantageous.
