Read and interpret building plans, drawings, specifications and work instructions to determine job requirements.
Measure, mark, cut, shape and assemble timber, plywood and other building materials using hand and power tools.
Construct, install and repair timber frameworks, wall frames, roof framing, flooring and other structural components.
Install doors, door frames, windows, skirting boards, architraves, shelving and other fixtures and fittings.
Carry out formwork and other carpentry work required for building and renovation projects.
Erect and install building frameworks and structures in accordance with plans and specifications.
Repair or replace damaged timber structures, fittings and building components.
