Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and monitor daily freight and customer service operations.
  • Coordinate dispatchers, drivers and operational staff to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Establish and maintain service standards, procedures and performance targets.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client enquiries, complaints and service issues professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
  • Analyse operational performance and implement service improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health and safety requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare service reports, budgets and operational forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
