Title: Internal Auditor

Full time 40 hours per week

Duties；

  1. Financial Audits
  • Verify accuracy of financial records and reports.
  • Check compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Investigate any irregularities or discrepancies.
Project Audits
  • Review project budgets vs actual costs.
  • Audit contracts, subcontracts, procurement, and payment processes.
  • Evaluate efficiency and identify potential cost-saving areas.
Compliance Audits
  • Ensure adherence to construction laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Verify licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date.
Operational Audits
  • Assess operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Review internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Risk Management
  • Identify and assess risks related to project delays, fraud, or safety.
  • Evaluate insurance coverage and risk mitigation plans.
Reporting
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
