Goodland Homes Renovation Limited is a residential renovation company specialising in renovation, alteration and improvement projects. We are seeking a motivated Draftsperson to join our team and assist with the preparation and development of architectural and construction drawings for residential renovation projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural and construction drawings for residential renovation projects 
  • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using CAD software.
  • Take site measurements and incorporate them into accurate drawings
  • Modify and update drawings accordings to project and client requirement 
  • Interpret architectrual plans, specifications and construction requirements
  • Laise with builders, contractors and other project team members 
  • Maintain accurate drawing records and documentation 
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant building requirements and project specifications 

What we Offer

  • 30-40 hours per week, with a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours
