About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Mental Health & Addiction Service as an AOD Case Manager.

Working within the Adult Addictions Service, you will provide case management and recovery-focused support to a caseload of whaiora experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges.
