Kirimana has project based opportunities for experienced electricians on the West Coast
The Opportunity

Kirimana is currently looking for Full Practising and Limited License Electricians for an upcoming fixed term project on the West Coast. With travel and accommodation provided, this is an opportunity to experience a new part of the country.

We're looking for experienced tradespeople who are comfortable working on large-scale industrial projects and can hit the ground running.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, experienced tradespeople who can work safely and confidently on a large-scale industrial project. Ideally you will have experience with:

  • Installation of electrical systems within new industrial structures
  • Installing cable tray, cable ladder and electrical supports
  • Cable pulling, dressing, glanding and termination
  • Installation of switchboards, distribution boards and isolators
  • Industrial power and lighting installation
  • Connecting motors, pumps and other industrial equipment
  • Installing control panels and associated electrical equipment
  • Electrical fit-out of plant and machinery
  • Testing, fault finding and commissioning
  • Working from electrical drawings, schematics and plans
  • General industrial electrical installation and maintenance
 
Industrial electrical experience is preferred, however candidates with commercial electrical backgrounds will also be considered.

You must be able to pass pre-employment medical screening, drug and alcohol checks, and a criminal history check.
