ONLY NETWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is looking for a Store Manager to join us. This is a full-time, permanent role with 40 working hours per week, rostered between Tuesday and Sunday. The working location is in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer an hourly rate of $35.00.

Some role responsibilities would include:

·         Manage the day-to-day operation of the store and maintain appropriate standards of sales, customer service and presentation.

·         Review sales results, customer demand and stock movement to support decisions on product range, stock levels and merchandising.

·         Oversee stock replenishment and supplier ordering based on sales performance, inventory levels and customer demand.

·         Review product pricing and arrange suitable promotions and sales activities to support store performance.

·         Monitor stock records, sales figures, expenses and other store information, and manage store budgeting and cost control.

·         Supervise store staff, including rostering, task allocation, training and day-to-day performance management.

·         Support customers with product selection and purchasing decisions, and deal with enquiries, complaints and other service issues when required.

·         Maintain store procedures, operational standards and workplace health and safety requirements.

·         Liaise with the Director and suppliers regarding store performance, stock requirements and operational matters.

 

Skills and Experience:

·         Relevant Diploma or higher qualification; OR

·         At least three years of relevant work experience.

·         Strong communication and customer service skills. 

·         Good organisational and time management skills. 

·         Ability to work independently. 

·         Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays when required.
