Located in Auckland, DH Kitchen has been creating quality kitchens and home interiors for over a decade. From the first consultation to final inspection, our team manages the complete process- design, manufacture and installation to provide clients with a seamless and professional service.
Due to our ongoing business growth, we are looking for an organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join our Auckland team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating kitchen and interior projects from initial confirmation through manufacturing, installation and final completion
- Assisting with the planning, administration and coordination of multiple projects at different stages.
- Liaising with clients to confirm project requirements, schedules, site access and installation arrangements.
- Coordinating between designers, carpenters, cabinet makers, suppliers and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated
- Monitoring project timelines, production schedules and installation dates to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Organizing appropriate installation dates with clients and internal installation teams
- Maintaining accurate project records, schedules, client information, specifications and supporting documentation.
- Preparing and updating project schedules, job sheets, progress reports and other administrative documents
- Tracking project milestones and following up outstanding information, materials, approvals or actions.
- Assisting with ordering and coordinating materials, componets and other resources required for projects
- Liasing with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery timeframes and project requirements.
- Coordinating site measurements, delivery arrangements, installation schedules and final inspections where required
- Identifying scheduling or project coordination issues and communicating these to the relevant team members
- Responding to client enquiries and providing updates regarding project progress
- Supporting project managers, designers and management with project administration and general coordination duties
- Assisting with the resolution of day-to-day project issues to help ensure projects are complted efficiently and to the required standard.
- Ensuring project information is accurately recorded and communicated across relevant departments
- providing general administrative support in relation to organisational projects and support services
The minimum rate of salary is 30.00 per hour and maximum rate of salary is 35.00 per hour
The minimum guaranteed hours of work is 30 hours per week
The location of the job: Auckland
You are required to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or at least level 5 qualification
You must already have the right visa/passport to work in New Zealand
