We currently operate the Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Restaurant in Christchurch, focusing on traditional home-style Sichuan dishes. Our cuisine is characterized by the seven essential techniques of Sichuan cooking: numbing (málà), spicy, aromatic, fresh, crispy, tender, and smooth.
The company adheres to a high-standard food safety system, standardized kitchen operations, and a unique culinary approach that blends local New Zealand ingredients with authentic Sichuan spices.
