DAIRY STORE STAFF REQUIRED – STORE MANAGER & 2X RETAIL ASSISTANTS

Location: Strathmore, Wellington, New Zealand
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Minimum 30 hours and maximum 35 hours per week

We are seeking motivated and reliable staff to join our busy dairy store in Strathmore, Wellington for the following positions:

Store Manager
Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Managing daily store operations
•⁠  ⁠Supervising staff and preparing work schedules
•⁠  ⁠Monitoring stock levels and ordering inventory
•⁠  ⁠Ensuring excellent customer service
•⁠  ⁠Handling cash management and store reporting
•⁠  ⁠Maintaining health, safety, and food hygiene standards
•⁠  ⁠Managing supplier relationships and promotional displays

Requirements:
•⁠  ⁠At least 2 years of relevant retail management/supervisory experience OR a Tertiary qualification at level 4 or above
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and leadership skills
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Retail Assistant
Pay Rate: $24–$27 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Serving customers and processing sales transactions
•⁠  ⁠Replenishing shelves and maintaining store presentation
•⁠  ⁠Assisting with stock handling and inventory checks
•⁠  ⁠Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
•⁠  ⁠Providing friendly and efficient customer service

Requirements:
•⁠  ⁠Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
Minimum of a high school pass out
Must be over 18 as we sell liquor 
•⁠  ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills
•⁠  ⁠Honest, reliable, and hardworking
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Minimum and maximum hours available are 30 per week.
