Daily Cleaning Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies as needed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain hygiene and appearance.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Guest Interaction & Service

  • Engage with guests courteously and respond to their cleaning requests.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services when approached.
  • Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while performing duties.
  • Assist in the setup of common areas for events or guest use.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in all cleaning processes.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
  • Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials and waste.
  • Participate in training sessions related to workplace safety.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and appropriate uniform standards.

  • Commercial vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers for efficient cleaning.

Compensation
