About the Role

As the ACC Revenue Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the effective management of ACC revenue and contracts within the South Canterbury health system. You'll help ensure outstanding treatment injury activity is identified, processed and billed within required timeframes, while also supporting the recovery of outstanding debt and the identification and processing of Clinical Services and Elective Surgery activity. You'll work closely with clinical and operational teams to build understanding of ACC contracts and healthcare eligibility. This includes providing education and support to services, helping ensure teams are appropriately trained and improving organisational awareness of Treatment Injury funding. This is a varied role where your attention to detail, relationship-building skills and proactive approach will contribute to accurate revenue processing, stronger compliance and ongoing improvements across the ACC revenue function.

About you

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You'll enjoy working with data and processes while also being comfortable building collaborative relationships with clinical and operational teams. You will have: at least 6 months' experience working with ACC processes or equivalent contractual requirements. Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships. A proactive, goal-oriented and focused approach to managing tasks and responsibilities. Strong attention to accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities within a high-volume environment. You'll be able to communicate clearly with different audiences, use sound judgement and take personal accountability for your work.
