Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Campaign Assistant to join our Marketing and Publicity Team in Auckland working on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a truly creative and collaborative environment at one of New Zealand's most dynamic publishers.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Publicity Team.
  • Process invoices and expenses; assist other departments as needed.
  • Help organize author events, travel, and marketing mail-outs.
  • Monitor media activity, manage clippings, and maintain communication records.
  • Create and distribute newsletters; support digital tasks like booklists, website content, and social media.
  • Assist in analysing website and social media stats.
  • Manage PRH shared inboxes. Collaborate with marketing, publicity, and sales teams.

  • Experienced in marketing or administration (preferred but not essential).
