About the Role
The primary function of this position is to provide high quality administrative and reception services for Community Nursing and Support Services.
The role includes the successful applicant working in both teams' providing administration and reception support and this will be on an ad hoc basis covering for sickness and annual leave.
You will be orientated to both roles and will receive extensive training enabling you to provide high quality clerical and reception support and to ensure accurate data entry of clinical information into the Community Health Contract monitoring systems.
We have a range of hours available. Please specify your preferred hours of work in your cover letter. The available hours are between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
To be eligible to apply for this position you must be a New Zealand citizen or have resident or permanent work visa status.
The Community Nursing teams deliver community and outpatient services from two locations, based in Masterton and Greytown. They provide care to people in their own homes and in outpatient clinics, and work closely alongside specialist Health NZ services, primary care and community providers. Clients cover the age spectrum and present with a diverse range of needs that require community nursing care, specialist nursing management and / or short-term home supports.

About You
Provide high quality administrative services and support for Community Nursing Services.
- Previous experience in administration and customer service
- Computer literacy and ability to learn electronic systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Fast and accurate word processing and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
