Motel supervisor

One full-time permanent Motel supervisor is needed for Rosecity Motel.

Minimum requirement (meet one of following) : 

1. Bachelor or higher qualification in hospitality,  management, administration or any other business related area.

2. Or more than 3 years of relevant work experience

Remuneration: $28-$34 per hour

Working hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed

You will be the key person independently managing the whole operation of the motel business and maintaining long-term professional relations with our stakeholders

Your duties as a motel manager include:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the business, including reservations, reception services, room service, and housekeeping operations, to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Ensure the health and safety measures, as well as the maintenance of the garden and property.

•  Plan and administer budgets, and manage the business’s bookkeeping functions.

•   Organize and oversee purchasing and procurement activities.

•   Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

•  Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.

• Develop, implement, and update business policies and service standards in line with operational requirements.

• Coordinate staff duties and responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective running of the business.

• Maintain and update the motel’s website, including the publication of promotional offers.

• Provide guests with information on local tourism and arrange tours and transportation services upon request.

• Assess, review, and continuously improve customer satisfaction levels.
