Hourly rate: $26-$32 per hour.

We are looking for 2 full-time chefs to look after our daily kitchen duties at this busy Chinese restaurant.

This offer is a full-time position with minimum 30 hours per week based on shifts.

  • Preparing raw materials
  • Freezing and preserving foods
  • Preparing and cooking food
  • Food quality control duty
  • Developing and maintaining a positive team environment in the kitchen
  • Monitoring of food hygiene regulations within the kitchen
  • Ensuring that cleanliness standards are consistently adhered to and cleaning rosters are followed
  • Directing and coordinating food or beverage preparation
  • Maintaining production or work records
  • Modifying work procedures or processes to meet deadlines
  • Inspecting facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
  • Monitoring supply ordering, inventory, and raw material pricing
  • Adjusting dishes based on new trends and customer satisfactions
  • Any other duties as may be required from time to time which the employer may reasonable require.

Role Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience required;

OR

• level 4 cookery qualification required;
OR

• Bachelor in any fields;

 

AND

• Flexibility around working hours on weekends and holidays;

• No criminal convictions
