We run a pizza & Kebab takeaway business and are seeking an experienced store Manager, who has worked in a similar setting to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the store independently and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation. A minimum of 1 year experience is required in similar business at any position. Salary would be $30-$40 per hour. Position is full-time, permanent with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

 

Manage the daily operations of the business and  store.

Manage to open and close the store.

Supervise staff to make sure duties are completed and store policies are followed.

Hire new staff, provide training, create rosters (schedules), and review staff performance.

Make sure the store runs smoothly.

Check sales and financial records regularly to understand how the store is doing.

Plan budgets and prepare financial reports.

Order stock and maintain good relationships with suppliers; negotiate good prices.

Organize and run promotions to attract more customers and keep regular ones happy.

Deal with customer complaints politely and make sure all customers are satisfied.

Always show a positive and helpful attitude toward customers.

Be self-motivated and able to handle many tasks at the same time.

Think creatively and offer new ideas to improve the business.

Use computers confidently (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems).

 

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in similar business.

Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours/week, up to 50 hours/week.

Successful applicant will be offered $30.00 to $40.00 per hour for all worked hours.
