Ashburton Health First is a small privately owned primary care practice that focuses on lifestyle and whanau health. You will work with a small team including RN, NP and GP. We have experience training new nurse graduates with our programme ready to go. Start Date: Jan/Feb 2027 Key Responsibilities Patient Care: all primary care patient needs Collaboration: with RN, NP and GP Learning and Development: Immunisation, wound care, respiratory, diabetes, cardiovascular disease risk assessment pharmacy, St Johns, District nurse, recalls, screening Assessment and Documentation: recording clinical notes, AI tools What We Offer • Induction into your role. Mentorship of new graduate primary care program Requirements • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in nursing from a recognised institution. • Registration: Current or pending registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council. • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. • Eligibility: Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
