service for travellers around the world. We are seeking passionate Cooks to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality food, excellent service, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do!

Cook's duties will include:

  • Preparing, seasoning, cooking and presenting food
  • Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality.
  • Regulating temperatures of tandoors, grills and other cooking equipment.
  • Preparing and cooking food according to special dietary requirements where required.
  • Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies.
  • Assisting the Chef in training and supervising other kitchen staff as required.

Job Requirements for Cook - Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Either a relevant qualification or atleast 2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to work over any day of the week and must be available to work evenings, split shifts and weekends
  • Availability to work on public holidays as per the roster
