We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our small, friendly, close-knit team. We value teamwork, good humour and a supportive, family-like environment. The role involves providing clinical support to dentists, maintaining high infection control standards, ensuring smooth daily practice operations, and assisting with reception, administration and general duties as required. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys being part of a team.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident in their role, works well as part of a small team, and is genuinely interested in learning and developing their skills.

Key responsibilities

·         Chairside assisting and supporting the dentist during procedures

·         Preparing and setting up surgeries before and between patients

·         Cleaning, sterilising and maintaining instruments and clinical areas

·         Preparing materials and equipment for dental procedures

·         Supporting smooth patient flow throughout the day

·         Providing a warm, friendly and professional experience for our patients

·         Maintaining high standards of infection control and practice hygiene

·         Assisting with general practice duties as required

·         Working closely with the rest of the team to keep the day running efficiently

About you

·         Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Dental Assistant.
High school qualification (minimum).

·         Reliability and punctuality

·         Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

·         The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

·         A willingness to learn and take on new skills

·         A positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work

·         The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member

·         Good communication skills with both patients and colleagues

·         A genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care

·         Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
