We are looking for full time Cook Assistants to manage our kitchen, and you will run our kitchen. You will be working from Monday to Sunday as per roaster shift from 10AM to 10PM with minimum of 30 hours and maximum of 45 hours.

 

The key deliverables of the role are.

·        Prepare and Cook Char Grill Woodoven products to superior quality and quantity standards.

·        Prepare and serve cold drinks, desserts etc.

·        Package food products accordingly for eat-ins, takeaway or delivery.

·        Follow food preparation guidelines.

·        Serve customers promptly, politely and informatively both at the counter and over the phone.

·        Receive phone calls ensuring all calls.

·        Impart menu information accurately.

·        Seize opportunities to upsell and encourage orders.

·        Accept payment from customers and provide change as necessary.

·        Relay food orders and any customer allergen concerns accurately to makers.

·        Inform customers of any unavoidable changes to their orders and compensate appropriately.

·        Record all complaints in Complaints Book.

·        Manage customer services to a high level of customer satisfaction.

·        Maintain the highest standards of food and service.

·        Monitor and control order due times to ensure that orders are all dispatched and received on time.

·        Ensure staff are fulfilling roles to brand standards.

·        Ensure staff conduct themselves according to brand policies and standards.

·        Ensure product quality and customer service are of the highest standards.

·        Ensure minimal amounts of wastage.

·        Apply topping on accurately and always mindful of over or under-topping.

·        Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are upheld.

·        Respond swiftly to requests.

·        Cleaning duties as required, Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards.

·        Ensure that your behaviour is always compliant with company policies

·        Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.

·        Prioritize workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency    and to a high standard.

·        Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.

·        Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.

·        Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.

 

Job requirements:

·        Minimum of at least 1 year of relevant industry work experience required.

·        You must be reliable and physically fit.

·        As per the nature of the business, you must be able to work 7 days of week (rostered) which includes weekends, and public holidays.

·        Zero tolerance of drugs at workplace.

·        Clean Character Background
