Cooks X 3 wanted

 

Location: Invercargill, South Island

Employment type: Full-time (Minimum – 30 & Maximum – 48 hours for week)\ 

Our Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 depending on the skills & work experience you have 

We owned two reputable restaurants in Invercargill, and we require 3 Cooks to join our team. 

Your shift will be in rotating roaster between both of the restaurant location and timing of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Key responsibilities of the role:

·  Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

·  Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness

·  Preparing and Cooking food in various utensils and grillers

·  Seasoning, portioning, adding sauces to the food during/after cooking

·  Preparing food to meet client's taste and dietary needs

·  Arrange food on plates or wrap it to be taken away

·  Storing and reserving food

·  Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs

·  Assisting in ordering food supplies and other food and ingredients 

 To be successful you will need:

Proven two-year work experience, or

Level 4 higher qualification in relevant filed or industry
