staff! We are seeking multiple motivated and reliable Shift Team Members to help to oversee dailyoperations during their shift. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills,
excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of
customer service and operational efficiency.
Positions x 4 - SHIFT TEAM MEMBER including food dellivery when/if required
Note:If You are applying from Offshore, you must have 2 years experience in Food Industry or equivalent qualification.
Key Duties/Job Description;
* Shift Team Member role will include customer service, cash control and the operations included cleaning in the store.
* Take orders via phone and over the counter from customers.
*Making and preparing food, serving food
* Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including health and safety
regulations
* Help staff in pick hours
*Food Delivery when required
* The Shift Team Member are responsible for assisting shift runner during shift coordinate activities of staff during assigned shift
* Prior experience minimum 2 year within a customer service, food industry is valuable or equivalent experience
* Experience working in the Food Industry would be prefer first;
* Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff members,
* Punctual, energetic and enjoy working in team environment.
* The role requires the ability to work in a fast paced them environment
* Strong leadership and customer management abilities, to be able to work in a busy environment.
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
At least 2 years Experience similar role / and or relevant education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
Team Player
Commitment to safety practices and procedures
Ability to work various shifts, including evening, weekends and holidaysSkills to find resolutions for customer problems and complaints and the ability to
multitask to manage employees and operations, tending to many different duties at once
Working Hours; Available from 15 to 32 hours depends on business requirement and availability
