This role combines strategic vision with hands-on management across our 100-bed dual facilities and 33 independent villas in picturesque Masterton/Carterton. As the Care Home Manager, you'll orchestrate both daily excellence and an exciting new facility development that will set new standards in elder care.

  • Implement innovative elder-centered approaches that prioritise dignity, choice, and purpose
