The candidate must be able to work but not limited to:

 Ensuring prompt and high-quality customer service at all times.
 Managing stock levels and ensuring all goods and services meet quality standards.
 Overseeing the purchasing and marketing policies, including setting appropriate
prices for stock.
 Promoting and advertising bakery products to enhance sales and attract new
customers.
 Advising customers on services and products while making sales recommendations.
 Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
 Identifying appropriate actions and planning the budget to ensure smooth operations.
 Selecting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring a positive and efficient working environment.
 Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
 Establishing and enforcing safety and security procedures within the store.


Requirements:

Must hold any bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant work experience.
 Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
 Strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
 Ability to manage budgets and perform financial record-keeping.
 In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
 Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff
effectively.
 Passion for the bakery industry and a keen eye for quality.
