Overview: Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club is a high-end private members' club seeking an experienced Café manager to oversee café operations, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate should ideally have over 4 years of experience, preferably within an upscale or private members' club environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage café staff to foster a high-performing and cohesive team.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, quality control, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Customer Service: Deliver personalised service to members and guests, understanding and anticipating their expectations.

System Proficiency: Effectively operate DotGolf and Lightspeed Kounta POS systems. While training can be provided, familiarity with these or similar systems is strongly preferred.

Event Coordination: Assist in managing café-related functions and events, including large-scale bookings for over 100 people.
Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience, ideally in a managerial capacity within an upscale café or private members' club environment.
