We are seeking a Cafe Manager.
Must have level 5 Diploma in Hospitality and two years experience.
Must be able to organise and control all the operations of the cafe unsepervised.
Menu planning, pricing, costing and stock control with Chef.
Ensuring complice with health and safety regulations.
Training and supervising Barista and Waiting staff.
Records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Must make customers feel like family and leave happy
