We are now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Beverage Manager to lead the beverage operations at both our restaurant and events. This role demands a strong leader with expertise in wine and bar management, exceptional service standards, and the ability to manage a dynamic team.


About the Role:

As Beverage Manager, you will be in charge of all bar and beverage service operations. Your job is to make sure guests receive top-quality drinks and friendly service while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role that needs a passionate leader who is organised, creative, and experienced in hospitality.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant bar and event beverage service
  • Lead, train, and support bar staff to deliver great customer service
  • Create and maintain an exciting, seasonal beverage menu including wines, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options
  • Manage inventory – ordering, stock control, and reducing waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and liquor licensing rules
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to give guests a seamless experience
  • Track and review sales, costs, and performance to find ways to improve
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-presented
  • Build a positive and team-focused work culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Beverage Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Great leadership skills and the ability to manage a team confidently
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Experience with ordering, stock control, and managing costs
  • Familiarity with POS and bar systems such as Onetab
  • A positive attitude, professional presentation, and a love for hospitality
  • A current Duty Manager Certificate and LCQ qualification (required)
