We are looking for a full-time office Manager to join our team based in Auckland, taking
responsibility for overseeing the office and administrative tasks of the company. The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any field or a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Managerial position. As we operate 7 days a week, so you must be flexible and ready to work on weekends as well.

Detailed duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
· Manage the day-to-day running of the operations of the business in an efficient manner.
· Managing the Invoices and bills.
· Liaising with suppliers and customers to coordinate business operations.
· Assigning work to team members and monitoring their work performance.
· Manage time sheets and rosters.
· Allocating the resources and ensuring the adequate supplies are maintained as per requirements.
· Regular stock takes and ordering the supplies as per the needs of the business.
· Ensuring the workplace and the team complies with relevant government legislation and policies.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
· Managing and maintaining documentations and records and keep them up to date.
· Processing incoming and outgoing emails and calls.
. Undertaking budgeting of the company.
. Coordinating the recruitment and training of other staff members.
· Motivating and support the team to achieve desired outcomes.
You will be working for a minimum of 30 hours per week and the pay rate for this position will be 33.70 NZD per hour.
