We've been BUZZed to find a knowledgeable and passionate Food and Beverage professional. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 5star property and make a BUZZ in the New Zealand hospitality scene. The missing link is a Food & Beverage professional with the passion, skills, pizzazz and vision to deliver service second to none. Are you BUZZing?
With full control and accountability for exceeding both in-house and discerning guests expectations on a daily basis, you will thrive on customer service. From your past experience you will know how a quality, intimate, vibrant & profitable front of house department operates in a 5 star environment.
We envisage the roster will see you working 1 day shift and 4 evening shifts per week, to make sure you have a grips of the F&B department. This hotel caters for FIT, conferencing and Tours - so we are looking for someone that has a background in a similar property...all don't the kiwi way!
A sound employment history with 5+ years proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in lodges / boutique hotels. Knowledge of New Zealand food wine is essential, a absolute obsession to deliver the best service known to man.
