We are looking for an experienced Cafe manager to join our dedicated and busy team for breakfast and lunch. start date immediately.

Location: Our shop is located at Hobsonville, Auckland.

Hours of work: The roles are full-time positions, 30-50 hours a week Mon-Sun. 

Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate $29.66 - $30

 

Duties and tasks:

● Managing the day to day operations of the cafe
● Social media management
● Stock management and ordering
● Daily Barista duties
● Liaising with suppliers and organising any equipment
maintenance required
● Recruitment and training of staff for Kneads
required
● Progression meetings/issuing pay rise/handling payroll queries
● Involvement in developing/editing menus
● Staff rosters according to labour costs
● Cash ups
● Implementing and Maintaining FCP to meet requirements

 

Skills and knowledge required:

  1. Relevant hospitality managerial work experience
  2. Friendly patient and pay attention to details.
  3. Fit and healthy.
