What You’ll Be Doing 
This is a key operational and clinical leadership position, overseeing a modern, well-equipped day hospital that delivers services in endoscopy, ophthalmology, and general surgery.

You will be responsible for:
  • Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Full operational and financial accountability
  • Building strong relationships with VMOs and key stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement in patient care and compliance
  • Managing workforce planning, recruitment, and development
  • Creating a positive, patient-focused workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
  • AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse
  • Strong perioperative background
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role (DON, ADON, NUM)
  • Proven expertise in quality management and accreditation standards
  • Commercial understanding with demonstrated P&L experience
  • A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for driving innovation and service excellence
