- Champion sustainability and cultural authenticity in everything we do
- Proven experience in senior leadership within the tourism, hospitality or related industries
- A deep understanding of the Fiji or Pacific tourism landscape (or a passion to quickly learn!)
- Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
- A hands-on, can-do leadership style with the ability to energise a team
- Passion for delivering incredible guest experiences and building a thriving workplace culture
