S & A mechanical and parts limited in Auckland is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager. You will be responsible in overseeing daily operations, managing financial records, and smooth functioning of the administrative activities within our auto-mechanic business.
This is a full-time, permanent position 30-40 hours per week. Remuneration $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience or a Diploma level 5 or higher qualification.
· Managing operational and administrative procedures
· Manage office records, accounts, and documentation in an organized manner.
· Co-ordinating personal activity
· Creating and Scheduling jobs
· Implementing and maintaining Health & Safety policies and ensure work complies with government legislation, policies and procedures
· Managing human resources, employment matters, and training records
· Act as a key liaison between the office, mechanic, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth business operations
· Responsible for office layout, Maintain the office equipment and arrange necessary repairs and ordering of stationery.
