IFORTYTHIRTYONE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Auckland. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations

Lead, train, and manage a team of kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality

Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and performance evaluations

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost control to ensure profitability

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local food handling laws

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers

Assist in planning and executing promotional events or special functions

Report regularly to company directors on operational performance and business development opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of a NZQF Level 4 qualification in a related business, management, hospitality filed or a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- Alternatively, at least two years of relevant work experience or a similar role.
