Our client is a leading supplier of construction materials and services, and they are needing somebody to cover a staff member for approximately 6 weeks from 5th May 2025 - 27th June 2025. 2 weeks of this time will be training for the role, however a good foundation of admin knowledge is ideal 

Your role will include; 


* Managing timesheets 
* Creating purchase orders for stock, nonstock, services etc 
* Receipting in stock 
* Interacting with customers both over the phone and in person 
* General tasks required between managers in the office 



Our ideal candidate;


* Is available Monday to Friday, 4-5 hours a day, flexible on start and finish time during the day 
* Has experience in using the systems AX and aSa Studio 
* Well presented and tidy as this can be customer facing 
* Is available on the exact dates required
